This World War I poster shows an American Navy soldier on a ship's deck having the Night Watch. The woman works as a tele operator and is also part of the "the night watch", a role necessary for communication in order to re-route own convoys or assist in the hunt for subs. Everyone contributes to the war effort, that's the essence of this propaganda poster. A colorful, fine piece of art!
