Most likely using the "Grosse Flossack 34", which was the name of the inflatable craft. These boats saw intensive action during the invasion of France, for example crossing the Meuse river. They could carry about 1 ton and was also successfully used as pontoon bridges (several tied together side by side with a bridge element drawn across).
